Terms and conditions | Llamedos Watch Design (“Terms”) govern all transactions and purchases made through Llamedos Watch Design at www.llamedoswatchdesign.com. Our Products We provide bespoke, custom-built watches available in stock or crafted to order according to your unique requirements. While we display representative images, please note that every hand-assembled piece may feature slight variations in appearance, distinguishing it as a custom creation. 3. Custom Commissions All timepieces are handcrafted based on the specific details provided during the checkout process or through written correspondence. It is your responsibility to verify all build specifications before completing your purchase. Once the assembly process has commenced, orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except as mandated by statutory law. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, subtle differences in texture, finish, or colour are expected and do not constitute manufacturing defects. 4. Pricing and Payments All transaction amounts are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise indicated. Listed prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the point of sale unless prior alternative arrangements have been formally agreed upon. Our website utilizes Wix-supported payment gateways to help ensure your financial data remains secure. 5. Production Timeline Timescales for assembly are estimates and do not represent a guarantee of delivery. Timelines may be impacted by component sourcing, supplier availability, or technical complexity. Delays in production do not entitle the customer to order cancellation or financial compensation. 6. Shipping and Delivery Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods, including risk of damage or loss, transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified shipping address. Llamedos Watch Design is not held liable for delays or damages resulting from courier performance or external events beyond our control. 7. Returns and Refunds Policy Watches can be returned within 14 days if they are in new condition, unused, with the original packaging and all parts. Custom built watches cannot be returned unless they are faulty, and are non-refundable once production has commenced. 8. Damaged or Faulty Items Should your watch arrive in a damaged or defective state, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask for photographic evidence or additional documentation to process your claim. 9. Intellectual Property Rights All digital assets, including photography, text, watch designs, and logos, are the exclusive property of Llamedos Watch Design. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business profit. Our maximum liability regarding any single transaction is strictly limited to the total price paid for that specific order. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other matter where exclusion would be unlawful. 11. Governing Jurisdiction These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be handled exclusively within the court system of England and Wales. 12. Warranty Policy Coverage Period Llamedos Watch Design offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing errors in assembly or components. Included under Warranty Mechanical issues occurring during standard usage. Faults related to the assembly process or provided parts. Excluded from Warranty Standard wear and tear, including scratches to bracelets, straps, battery depletion, or natural aging of mechanical parts. Accidental damage, misuse, exposure to water exceeding the watch’s rating, or any third-party repairs and modifications. General neglect or failure to adhere to recommended care guidelines. How to Claim Please contact llamedoswatchdesign@gmail.com with your original order number and a summary of the issue. We may require the watch to be returned for a technical inspection. If a manufacturing fault is identified, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. This warranty complements your existing consumer rights.
