Shipping policy | Llamedos Watch Design
Last updated: 2 November 2026
At Llamedos Watch Design, every watch is prepared with care before being dispatched. We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only.

In-Stock Watches
For watches shown as in stock, please allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date your order is placed.
As our watches are individually prepared and checked before dispatch, this timeframe allows us to complete our final quality-control checks and ensure your watch is ready for you.
Where possible, we will always aim to dispatch your watch sooner.

Pre-Order Watches
Watches purchased on pre-order are expected to be delivered in approximately 4 weeks from the date the order is placed.
As pre-order watches may require components to be sourced and the watch to be assembled, tested and quality checked, this timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided when you placed your order.

UK Delivery Only
Delivery costs £4.99, paid by the customer. We deliver to UK addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information supplied when placing your order are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or delays in receiving components for pre-order watches.
We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay.
Questions About Your Order
