Llamedos Watch Design returns and refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Llamedos Watch Design.

Custom-Made Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Watches can be returned within 14 days if they are in new condition, meaning unused: unworn, undamaged, with the original packaging and all parts included. Contact us at llamedoswatchdesign@gmail.com with your order number. For a change of mind return, the customer pays the cost of returning the watch. Custom built watches cannot be returned unless they are faulty, and are non-refundable once production has commenced. If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or not as agreed, contact us within 14 days of receiving it with your order number. We pay the cost of returning a faulty watch.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your watch is faulty, damaged, or not built according to the agreed specifications, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at llamedoswatchdesign@gmail.com providing your order number and details of the issue.

Repairs and Replacements

Where possible, we will offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.
