Want a watch that is truly yours? I build custom watches by hand here in the UK. You choose the dial, case, bezel, hands and strap. I check that the parts work together, and I assemble every watch myself.

We talk through size, dial, bezel, hands and strap in a consultation.
I confirm the full parts list with you before any build begins.
I hand-build the watch, check it, and send it in a presentation box.
What you can choose
Case size, from 31mm up to 40mm and beyond.
Dial colour and layout.
Bezel, hands, and strap or bracelet.
Date, day and date, or a GMT.
Starting points from the collections: Just The Date, Day & Date, GMT, Sports, Ladies and the Luxury Range.
Built to last
Stainless steel cases, with sapphire glass where fitted.
Reliable Japanese automatic or quartz movements.
12 month warranty from delivery. The Terms page has the details.
Timings and delivery
Custom builds: a timing is agreed with you when we confirm your parts list.
In-stock watches: up to 14 days for delivery.
Pre-order watches: about 4 weeks from the order date. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery costs £4.99.
Questions buyers ask
Can I really design my own watch?
Yes. You choose from our parts: case, dial, bezel, hands and strap. I help you put them together so the watch looks right and works well.
I am new to watches. Where do I start?
Browse the collections and note what you like, then get in touch. You do not need technical knowledge. I explain sizes and movements in plain words.
What is the difference between a stock watch and a custom build?
A stock watch is ready to buy. A custom build is made to the specification we agree together, so you have more say over the dial, finish and extras.
Can I return a custom watch if I change my mind?
No. A watch built to your specification cannot be returned for change of mind, and refunds are not available once production has started. If a watch arrives faulty or is not built as agreed, see the Refund policy. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How long does it take?
Timings are agreed with you before the build starts. Pre-order watches are about 4 weeks from order. In-stock watches are delivered within 14 days.
