Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Llamedos Watch Design via our website www.llamedoswatchdesign.com . By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products 

We specialise in custom-built watches available in stock or made to order based on the specifications you provide. Product images on our website are available for purchase. As each custom watch is custom-made, the final product may vary slightly in appearance. 

 

3. Custom Orders 

  • All watches are custom-built to order based on the specifications you submit at checkout or provide to us in writing. 

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before confirming your order. 

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where required by law. 

  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or component appearance may occur due to the bespoke nature of the product and do not constitute a fault. 

 

4. Prices and Payment 

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. 

  • Prices include VAT where applicable. 

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix-supported payment providers. 

 

5. Production Times 

Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to component availability, supplier issues, or the complexity of the build. Such delays do not give rise to a right to cancel or claim compensation. 

 

6. Delivery 

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. 

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided. 

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. 

 

7. Returns and Refunds (Summary) 

As our watches are custom-built to your specifications, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or not as described. Full details are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy below. 

 

8. Faulty Items 

If your watch arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs or further information to assess the issue. 

 

9. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of llamedos Watch Design and may not be used without our written permission. 

 

10. Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities. 

  • Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. 

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. 

 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

 

12. Warranty 

Warranty Coverage 

We provide a [12-month] limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. 

What the Warranty Covers 

  • Mechanical faults arising from normal use 

  • Defects in assembly or components supplied by us 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover 

  • Normal wear and tear (including straps, bracelets, batteries, mechanical movement and cosmetic ageing) 

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage outside the stated rating, or unauthorised repairs or modifications 

  • Issues arising from incorrect use or failure to follow care instructions 

Warranty Claims 

To make a warranty claim, contact us at llamedoswatchdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require photographs or the return of the watch for inspection. 

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the watch at our discretion. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
