Once you approve the specification, Llamedos’ watch technician assembles your watch by hand using the agreed components. Each build is then tested before shipment to confirm reliable operation of the movement and functions such as date, day-date or GMT, where fitted.

4. Presentation, shipping and aftercare

Your finished watch is supplied in a presentation box and shipped via Royal Mail 48 tracked postage within the stated timeframe – typically within 14 days for stock builds and up to 4 weeks for pre‑order projects. Every Llamedos watch includes a 12‑month mechanical warranty.

 

Because personalised and custom-made watches are built to your specifications, the right to cancel does not apply once production has begun. We therefore encourage clients to ask questions and be fully comfortable with their specification before we start the build.
