Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Llamedos Watch Design. 

 

Custom-Made Items 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. 

As our watches are custom-built: 

• We do not accept returns for change of mind 

• We do not offer refunds once production has begun 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If your watch is faulty, damaged, or not built according to the agreed specifications, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at llamedoswatchdesign@gmail.com providing your order number and details of the issue. 

 

Repairs and Replacements 

Where possible, we will offer a repair or replacement before issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. 

 

Refund Processing 

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.
